UPDATE: From the bottom of my heart, thank you SO MUCH to my family and all my supporters and friends! I will be doing a little video thanking people for their support and their wishes for my campaign soon. Even though I didn’t win, we learned a lot and will forever be grateful for your support.

Thank you,

Hello. My name is Brian Crider and I’m running to become a Maryland Delegate. I’m hoping to represent the 19th District located in Montgomery County.

We need bold, new, progressive voices in the Democratic Party and in Maryland. That’s one of the reasons I am running.

My views are shaped by research, statistics, and facts. That’s why throughout this website you will find links to back up the facts on the issues. I go about solving problems the same way; through research, statistics, and facts.

I’m not a politician and I’m not a lawyer. I’m a computer scientist so I provide a different perspective.

I’m also an independent voice and I refuse to take corporate money or special interest money. I’m also taking it a step further and I refuse to accept any out-of-state money I want to represent you, not special interests. For too long money in politics has corroded our political system. Money is not speech and it’s time our government gets back to who they’re really supposed to represent; the people.

Vote Brian for a better Maryland!
